My video review of “Brown Bag Barbecue” in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Known for their European imported pork ribs and amazing onion rings! Just opened in 2024. 80 percent of their business is carry out, but they do offer dine in BBQ. Tasty and good.
Some of the best onion rings I’ve ever had!

“Hatch chili” pre-marinated pork butt, smoked for 11 hours at 225°. Cooked on my RecTeq smoker for 7 hours, then cooked in the oven at 225° for 4 more.
