I made seasoned roasted nuts today (well, almonds, so "nuts") to give as a gift this weekend, only to discover after they were roasted that my spices were old. Ugh. I should have known - I can't rmemeber when I bought them - but I was just in such a rush to get things done.
I wonder if I can *re*-season them tomorrow...
