Yay, an unknown entity using goddamn #convertkit sent hundreds of people to my website again!
I would like to thank someone and link back but once again: I don't know who because your traffic contains no referrers. 🤷🏻♂️

My own experience with #ConvertKit. Except I had been running a newsletter previously with Ghost and was wanting to try out their service. Went through the entire interview process and received the denail email.
When I asked about the reasoning, was met with a response of their TOS. Ok, could you help me in this business decision to met your requirement. Nope, nothing. Essentially if you do not already have a decently successful listing, ConvertKit does not want you, look elsewhere. -
there may be an opening for a temp #marketo email developer (likely hybrid in #chicago). Since very few use Marketo, I'll also list xp in #Mailchimp #Salesforce #Klaviyo #ConstantContact #Convertkit #blah blah blah as relevant. Posting on mastodon seems like a better place to find smart, terminally online email developers than most other networks!

Do I know anyone in #convertkit? I’m likely screaming into a void here, but hey.

Any other #ConvertKit peeps here want to join me on their Creator Network waitlist? I can’t go back to #Substack for ethical reasons, but could really use a network effect on my newsletters.
Join the waitlist with me here:

@SDZ I use the free plan on ConvertKit which lets me create unlimited landing pages.
They aren't exactly designed for this, but I make it work & I'm pleased with how they're coming out so far.
Plus they have integrated newsletter sign ups in the landing pages & we all need more newsletter subscribers.
If you need to make landing pages, I recommend checking them out.

I went from self-employed to a full time job just before Christmas. Unsurprisingly, I’ve struggled to keep up with the #newsletter since then, and my old company #website is unnecessary.
So I’m reconsidering my #digital estate. Any thoughts?
I was using #ConvertKit for newsletter and forms, and self-hosted #WordPress for a small company website.
My preference is for something really lightweight. I use #ObsidianMD all day, so have been considering either Obsidian Publish or similar.

For my #NextJS friends - I thought I'd share a recent tutorial I made on using Next with #ConvertKit.
It turns out you can use the ConvertKit API to publish newsletter broadcasts to your next site! Check it out:
