    Changes to the user interface have hidden the ability of the user to change Contrast and Brightness when printing.

    What are they, $10,000 printers?

    Well you're doing better than #Officeworks.

    Far as I can tell they've got the same barcode on the theft-prevention "Take this card to the counter" cardboard on the SD card display racks as on the real item you're trying to purchase.

    So if you don't watch carefully you can go through the checkout and then discover at home that you've paid more than $70 for a bit of cardboard.

    Such good service, so convenient, so reliable ... smh

  26. Was asked to open the plastic honey tub after a 45 year old massuese known for strong massages was unable to open it even with a spoon.

    This is ridiculous - over half the population will be unable to open these food containers. We need government regulation.

    They tell me I've got +4 messages from sellers.

    And there is no apparent way of viewing those Messages ( which prob include comms about mislabelled products) in Firefox on Android.

    It's now taken over an hour of my time trying to communicate about getting a refund due to the deliberate time wasting user interface that these #Shits provide.

    No apparent way to do it on Android browser.
    On "desktop webpage" the buttons do no match up with the touch fields on the screen".

    Had previously been relucant to spend +$70 there. Now seeing that the time wasted in trying to get $ refunded for trash cheap products isn't worth the cheapness, the delay and the hassle.

    Yay for trashy companies like Aliexpress and #DiDi.

  37. #ANZ bank app has just lied to us, saying we'd made too many login attempts.

    Whereas we'd had entered the correct info and they've upgraded their password requirements.

    Slimey practice in a slimey industry.

    Now a blind elderly relative is going to try and confirm their identity in a phone call.

    Might take 50 minutes and then she'll have failed.

    Edit: First try was waiting for a human for 9.5 minutes. Then a visitor arrived and that call needed to be ended.
