I don't do politics, but as someone that is working to make gamedev more accessible, and as a privacy advocate, the EU Kids act sickens me.

We are getting closer to 1984: widespread control by governments over how we live our lives, surveillance, and a lack of anonimity that terrifies me.

If this passes, it will make the EU a surveillance state and make indie game dev impossible.

Orwell was optimist.
