#Bristol & other places considering #driveway #tax, should firstly ensure all new #builds and #new #drives are #constructed with #porous #materials. Then they should have a scheme for replacing #drives. This should be mainly funded by #WaterCompanies (i.e. reduce #shareholder #profits) as they have failed to ensure effective #public #drainage.
Otherwise this is just a #money #grabbing #plan.
