The solution is simple: change standing orders to allow a motion to revoke #royaltitles. Parliament has legislated before to replace a King, in 1688 and 1936. Sacking a disgraced son of a former monarch is a relatively trivial matter, and the case against #PrinceAndrew is clearcut.
The UK claims to be as #ConstitutionalMonarchy, so it needs a constitutional process to remove a disgraced royal. The #Starmer government's failure to act is creating an avoidable #ConstitutionalCrisis.

At the end of the #House #Judiciary reconciliation bill, there are 2 major restrictions on the judiciary & #litigation:
First, as noted above, it bans judges from enforcing #contempt unless there was an FRCP 65(c) bond (rare in #CivilRights suits). Obviously aimed to stop Judges like #Boasberg & #Xinis, among others.
Second, they would bar money damages in settlements. [see pic]

If the #Trump admin doesn’t comply with the #law & provide the agreements made with the Salvadoran government, what will they do?
They can’t impeach with #Republicans controlling both chambers of #Congress.
Even if they then sue & win, Trump has shown he won’t abide by any court orders, not even orders from #SCOTUS.
