    #Recycle, #consolidate, #compost - Living will never be #free & time of people tossing whatever out is no more. Feel free to blame my generation. We spent that last 50 or so years "skull f'ing the #environment". It's the time of stewardship. Be well and good luck.

    One of my goals for #2024 is to #declutter & #consolidate my tech and regain control over my own data - both physical as well as virtual.

    I don't have a clear idea of what all that might entail yet but here's a tentative list:

    1. Email - a good family plan that also offers catch-all email routing.
    2. Books - Preferably not Kindle but don't see any alternatives in India.
    3. Personal media - Google? Homelab? self-hosted VPS?
    4. Plex? Jellyfin?

    What else? Suggestions welcome! :)

    @ozwobbly equally considering this recently for the #challenge and basically feel like I'm at a point where I would want to #learn more and #consolidate what I have learnt in practice over the years.

    Think it depends on your motivations and why you want to do it. It's a lot of time, money and effort to do on a whim was my thought process!
