Now I see that #vibecoding is a good educational tool if you are lazy but still get pleasure from using your brain.

The first version was a slow naive implementation. An LLM optimized it with #bitwise tricks, but was bad at explaining them. Another LLM explained the algorithm with a guide on Single Instruction Multiple Data (within-a-register) processing.

I've never encountered these tricks in my working routine and probably would have never tried them without a practical need. Now I'm at least aware of them, thanks to playing with evil ai. Everything at zero cost.

WhatsApp llega a los smartwatches Garmin

Se acabó el conformarse con solo ver las notificaciones. Este 17 de marzo de 2026, Garmin ha dado el golpe definitivo en la mesa al lanzar la aplicación oficial de WhatsApp para sus dispositivos. Se trata de la primera aplicación de mensajería de terceros que aterriza en el ecosistema Connect IQ, permitiendo a los usuarios no solo leer, sino también responder y gestionar sus chats directamente desde la muñeca sin tocar el teléfono (Fuente Garmin).

¿Qué puedes hacer ahora con WhatsApp en tu Garmin?

Hasta ayer, los usuarios de Garmin (especialmente en iOS) estaban muy limitados. Con la nueva app nativa, las reglas cambian:

Respuesta con Teclado Real: Ya no estás limitado a las «respuestas rápidas». Los modelos con pantalla táctil permiten usar un teclado completo en pantalla para redactar mensajes personalizados.
Historial de Chats: Puedes consultar las conversaciones recientes y ver hasta 10 mensajes previos por chat para tener contexto antes de responder.
Reacciones y Emojis: La app permite enviar reacciones (corazón, pulgar arriba, etc.) y navegar por el catálogo de emojis directamente desde el reloj.
Gestión de Llamadas: Podrás ver quién te llama por WhatsApp y rechazar la llamada desde el dispositivo, aunque para hablar seguirás necesitando el teléfono o unos auriculares vinculados.
