In the last few months, I have felt #overwhelmed, #overworked, #anxious, behind and planless. But, couple of days ago I stopped drinking big mugs of #blacktea daily. I think I am doing better. More sleepy during the day, sure. Bursty work efficiency, deep work and flow, but that's as usual.
