  20. There’s one development next to me. They bought a corporate building which will be destroyed for a tall condo tower. Told all corporate tenants to get ready to move « soon ». Years later, building is still there. They had a sign advertising the future condo for a few months then took down the sign. However their website is still up, but nothings for sale yet. No idea what’s happening.
