Overview The Township of Concord is located to the south of the City of Hillsboro within Highland County, Ohio, along Routes 62 and 136. Though the northern terminus of Route 136 is just outside the township limits, the state highway continues to parallel Route 62 while serving the central spine of the township with Route 62 to the west, largely along the western township line except in the northwest. -
