Entraînement #rameur « Bruleur de graisse » de William Laîné.
Ce matin j’ai entamé le 3ème et dernier niveau du volume 1.
- 10mn d’échauffement
- 20mn d’endurance
- 15mn de cardio
- 20mn de HIIT
Ca donne presque 13km sur le #Concept2.
Je sens que les 4 semaines qui arrivent (5 séances par semaine) vont être éprouvante, avant de commencer le volume 2 qui va démarrer plus doux…

Rowing technique
The commonly taught power stroke sequence is; knees, torso, arms.
But a simple experiment of standing on two feet, taking a posture similar to the beginning of the power stroke and then straightening the knees only, without also extending at the same time at the hip joints, has the torso tilting further, towards the ground.

I #HateRunning too..
I've done it before but never voluntarily (only in gym classes when I was younger) but I will never do it again unless my life depends on it . . .
. . . a situation that thanfully hasn't come up in my life yet. 😉
