I had a blast working with the wonderful folks over at #ClimatematchAcademy! We wrapped up student, TA, and mentor matching several hours ago 🥳​

the feeling of pressing a few buttons and deciding the fates of like 500 students+TAs is both terrifying and exhilarating at the same time! 😱​😅​

I had started diving into the matching process/algorithm last year when I had led the matching team for @neuromatch. Based on the experience from last year, this year for @climatematch, we changed the pod-project matching optimization strategy quite a bit. Now I am just waiting to see how many pod swap requests we get 🙈​ The fewer there are, the better the algorithm/our strategy has worked. Hope the students and TAs will have a great experience and am excited for this #climate course to begin mid-July!! :catnod:​
