c1810 AD #CompanyPainting on 'J WHATMAN' watermarked paper.This Tomb at #Agra #UttarPradesh was built between 1622-28 AD by #Mughal ruler#Jahangir's wife, Queen #NurJahan for her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg. (d. 1622AD).
Made of Marble inlaid with semi-precious stones, this was the first Mughal monument to move away from using only red sandstone.
