A Cozy Queer Affair - #CommunityEvent in #VictoriaBC. It's an #accessible #queer #festival that celebrates #LGBTQIA2S+ art, community, and performances in a cozy autumnal environment, a #FallPride.

We will be gathering at the The Other Guise theatre on November 15th and 16th for an #AllAges community #arts festival. We will be hosting an #AcousticMusic stage, a #storytelling stage, several fall themed #VisualArts workshops, #InteractiveArt installations, as well as a yummy #TeaLounge.

Accessibility: The event will take place on the ground floor of the venue with entrances accessible by wheelchair. There is a single stall gender neutral and wheelchair accessible bathroom on the ground floor, and there are multi stall washrooms upstairs. We will have a quiet outdoor sitting area with heating for those that need a stimulation break. Entry is by donation, with all donations going to The #AlterArtsSociety.
Saturday night after 6pm entry will be $5 at the door, payable by cash or card.

It will be hosted once again at #WellandCommunityOrchard from 11-3pm.
You're welcome to bike, or to try your luck at getting one of the parking spots. If you do not have mobility concerns or require transport of things such as strollers & walkers, consider avoiding trying to park right at the orchard. There's some street parking near the orchard as well, we just ask that you be concious of the neighbours. This year we will have a free shuttle bus from our warehouse at 808A Viewfield Rd out to Welland Orchard to alleviate the limited parking. It will make the following trips:

Come out for a family friendly day of celebrating the harvest! We'll be giving away plenty of fruit, pressing fresh apple cider, our heritage apple tasting table will be back & we will have a #seedbomb making table as well as a #ScavengerHunt for the kids.
