According to the FCC, you have to obtain a license in order to use the network, EVEN though, most of the antennas being used are owned by the public.

A very key point of this is that the airwaves are strictly designated for private use, no commerce.

After learning that the government does not have the jurisdiction or authority to require a drivers license to TRAVEL on the public roads, I suspected that the FCC does not really have jurisdiction, or the authority over people using the airwaves privately (no commerce).

With a quick google search, I found this page from a lawfirm website.

This is focusing on the fourth amendment right to no unreasonable search and seizure, and while this could be relevent, I'm not sure the writer fully grasps what's going on.

Does the FCC (Federal) have jurisdiction over whether or not you should be permitted to use something that could be considered a fundamental right of every living man and woman?

I think not.

It is not about the constitution, it is about our creator endowed, unalienable rights as men and women.

Until we STOP giving these tyrant corporations the ability to govern aspects of our life, things will just get worse. It IS time to fight back, and STOP corporate overreach in EVERY aspect of our lives.

Don't believe the notion that people are unable to police themselves, it is what needs to be done. Natural Law is the only TRUE law, it is not made by man, and it is infallible.

Tired of getting bullied and coerced into covering up your face?

All that's needed is an affidavit, and a lien. No money, no lawyer, no judge.

Here's how you do it.

"Like the common law lien, the commercial lien can be filed by common citizens, without the aid or expense of a lawyer, and without the approval or interference of the courts. You do the necessary research, you fill out the lien, you have it notarized, and you file it with your County Clerk. It’s simple, inexpensive, and so powerful it can give a common person an enormous amount of legal "leverage" that is largely beyond the reach of the courts.

If someone has 'wronged' you, by their actions, you have a remedy, in Law. The Common Law is the Law-of-the-Land, and is the highest man-made Law under which the People of the Nation are bound.
Under the Common Law, everyone is individually responsible for their own actions. The 'office' they may hold, the 'authority' they may consider they have, and/or the uniform they may wear, does not protect them in any way, shape, form. Simply because they (like everyone else) are responsible for every action they take. This was set into tablets of stone following World War II, at
the Nuremberg Trials. German Officers claimed "I was only obeying orders", yet they were still found guilty, and hung accordingly. This also forms a part of the Geneva Convention to which most Countries are signatories, especially the United Kingdom. Thus "I was only obeying orders" is not a defence."

Reading The Lien Machine is probably the best thing you could ever do with 30 minutes. It packs an incredible amount of information in a very small package. I'll post a little more information about the affidavit shortly. But this is necessary if you wish to convey your rights as a living man. You know, the ones that were endowed upon you by the creator, God.

I'm not asking you to believe in God with this statement either. This is the wording that is used in LAW.
