🔴 導演有感

喺英國其實唔難遇到埃及人，但好多時大家對佢哋嘅飲食文化都唔係好了解，我自己以前都係咁。以前講起埃及，除咗知道佢係四大古文明之一，其實都冇乜認識。

今次參與節目製作，由資料搜集到拍攝，真係令我大開眼界，仲認識到埃及嘅國民料理 Koshari。第一次見到佢嘅材料配搭，其實已經覺得好得意：有飯、有意粉、扁豆、鷹嘴豆，再加埋番茄醬同香脆洋蔥，真係令人忍唔住好奇，咁樣夾埋會係咩味呢？

同時，呢次經驗都打破咗我唔少原本嘅諗法。尤其係同 Maria 合作嘅時候，發現原來埃及人都幾風趣幽默。

我哋成日都話要跳出自己嘅 comfort zone，而飲食其實就係一個好好嘅開始。對唔少香港人嚟講，嚟到英國之後，熟悉嘅味道會帶嚟一種安全感。但其實世界上有好多唔同嘅味道，而每一種味道背後，都有佢自己嘅文化同故事。

就好似今集介紹嘅埃及菜，睇落好簡單，但其實可以煮出好有層次嘅味道，亦都係好多埃及人日常會食嘅住家菜。
