#Honey is one of my #comfortfoods. It brings back so many fond memories from my childhood.
My #beekeeper grandma would give all her grandchildren a spoonful of honey first thing in the morning. I’d experience this when we holidayed with her.
(Her sons & daughters lived, at most, a hundred yards from her house - a cluster of close family.)

So I've been sitting around today waiting for the fitters to arrive and fit the new front door... since 10am. It's now 12...
So I decided to make a lasagne for lunch/dinner... Not sure what time to put it in the oven as I don;t want to be cooking or eating whilst they're fitting things... and I know that the smell of the solvent they use will linger for a couple of days.
Some garlic bread will go nicely with this... mop up the juices.
