Forgot to mention Rigor Mortis (2013)(Chinese title just 殭屍 goengsi), great film and serious horror homage to the comedy-horror Mr Vampire series, featuring many cast members from the franchise.

FYI the guy under the goengsi makeup for many scenes, especially the dangerous stunts like the fire at the end, was the film's action director Yuen Wah, who you may remember as the landlord from Kung Fu Hustle.

Chin Siu-ho, the actor playing Sang Chau (ghost-loving boy) was a martial artist & elder brother of Chin Ka-lok, who we saw do some of the craziest stunts imaginable as part of Sammo Hung's stunt team in Kung Fu Stuntmen in KFS. Sammo also produced this.
