@httpster Vi hade dem på högstadiet (början av 1990-talet). På gymnasiet senare hade vi bara PC.
Inte för att vi fick vara mycket i datasalen på skolan, men ett par gånger var vi där. En kompis köpte ut en av maskinerna när de skulle skrotas. Kul maskiner. Gillade #COMAL såpass mycket att jag köpte COMAL till min Commodore 64.

I recently restored a Commodore C64C and am most interested in learning more about #COMAL80 on the machine, as it was a language adopted in the Irish educational system in the 1980s, a language which I'd succeeded in avoiding at the time.
In the last few days I started reading "COMAL for Commodore 64", and I spotted that the original book was printed with some pages out of order. I've fixed the ordering and uploaded to archive.org, adding a cover for good measure:

This evening I looked at my timeline, starting with the 2021 first post.
I've truly been drawn back into #Amiga coding using the tools of the time like #AMOS.
#COMAL is still in my head: I intend to use and delve into further; but first I need to complete #TheGate which is monopolizing all my time.
I don't know what happened to me in the last 2 years... but getting back to the Amiga, even if mainly using emulators, has rekindled my creativity that had been dormant for a while. -
