Present to myself: Angelo Badalamenti 's original Twin Peaks soundtrack, on coloured, marbled #vinyl , including his collaborations with Lynch & Julee Cruise

I have the music on digital, but Thorne Records had the vinyl at a very special rate, in the wake of us losing David Lynch, so treating myself.

Music mail. Received my #VMP copy of The Strokes - This is it

Good sounds of a classic I've not previously owned.

And the #ColouredVinyl spatter looks pretty spiff spinning on the platter.

Finally managed to spin my new Mort Garson album (Journey to the Moon and beyond).

Received it a couple of weeks ago but camping and other summer things kept me away from the #turntable

New thing for me, this turntable has a light-sensor-arrangement to determine disk size and speed. Translucent red vinyl makes the TT think it's a 7 inch 45 RPM disk.

Just cover the sensor-light (upper left of the TT) when it's testing and it believes it's got a 12 inch 33.
