Is it really so hard to say something good/useful when commenting on others' work?
Why find only faults, and in only certain people? What does that say about mindset? Maybe it makes us feel (show) superior(ity), but can't we see the approach is fundamentally toxic and undercut the very purpose of adding value that reviewing attempts? 🤦♂️
We can and must collectively do better if we want everyone to participate.
