I picked up my shiver squad badge at the lake this morning. 30 winter swims from the beginning of November. I absolutely love swimming in the winter and it’s a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful community.
I don’t even like cold showers, for goodness sake. This is my third year in a row getting this badge.

Enjoyed a lovely peaceful week in Cellan despite some rain we managed to get out to explore Lampeter and Aberystwyth.
I am very proud of my husband,daughter and son in law having a cold water swim in Newquay
So pleased to be learning more about my new volunteer role for the Green Party in Gwent.
Such great people.

Appreciating the magnitude of achieving my “shiver squad” badge for winter swims. I think you have until the end of March to get the required number of swims, and I actually qualified a while ago. Wales told me to make a face that appreciated the magnitude of this achievement. So….
