Went to bed friday and woke up every half hour or so from either being too hot or too cold. By 7am saturday morning I woke up for the so many'd time and was wet from sweat and simultaneously way too hot and freezing cold... Very unpleasant as whichever you try to solve will add to the other...
Took a heavy sleepingpil (a full 6mg Bromazepam) and smoked half a joint until I dozed off.
Woke up almost 20 hours later and feel a lot better now.

Not saying any of that actually helped my healing, but it sure as hell got me through the worst part without me actually having to be here consciously... I just fastforwarded and skipped the worst part.

I do wonder if this is just influenza or some kind of covid though... At the very least, it wasn't a fun one... 😅
Good to know I can skip the worst parts with benzo's though... 😂😅
