It seems almost miraculous how much smoother #ColdBrewCoffee is with a 24-hour brew-time, over the 16 hours I was using last year. It even neutralizes the high acidity of light roasts.

My new #ColdBrew #Coffee brewer set arrived yesterday, which I picked out specifically to cycle a 24-hour brewing time.

The conical metal filters are much cleaner than the filter-free brewer I used last summer. The set even came with brushes for cleaning the filters.

The result is delicious. Coffee perfection.

@kilnfiendpotter once it is made, there is no quicker coffee option than #ColdBrewCoffee. I grind 8 ounces on the coarsest setting, put it in the maker and it sits overnight (at least 8 hours). The next morning I mix the concentrate with water in a pitcher and it sits in the fridge, lasts me about 5 days.
