I instantly abort any video that has those flashy, word-by-word, jumpy subtitles burned into the video.
Not “maybe later”.
Not “I’ll try”.

There's more than one type of novice.
One WANTS to try your service, and needs helpful hints.
The other got an unexpected email that says "You were invited to [This] by [Colleague]. Click to join." This user needs to SEE what's there, and figure out WHAT IS THIS FOR? before you start with helpful hints and asking them for info.
