After doing the full kaffebox advent calendar I highly recommend it .
If your a #coffee person this is great great fun 24 different coffee from 12 top tier roasters . I enjoyed 22/24 and it was a fabulous experience.
In no way affiliated and I paid a crapton more due to import fees and shipping but will definitely be doing it again.

Might be a bit unpopular among the more sophisticated #coffee mastodon, but I've recently been more about drinking instant coffee; often dressing it up with real cream and such. On my last run to the grocery store I decided to give a try to the fancy Starbucks instant coffee. It was rather nice with cream. The foam also gives a rather nice presentation.

Coffee fedi, help me out.
I'm getting more and more milk/lactose intolerant as I get older, but lactose free milk is too sweet for me.
I don't sweeten my coffee, and even lactose free milk with no sweetener else makes my coffee too sweet.
So, what do I replace my milk with when I order coffee?

When you order a cappuccino and they ask you what size, you should immediately abort and get an Americano instead.
This was the small! Hand for scale. Good thing I'm not lactose intolerant, good lord.

Scenario: you're almost at the end of a bag of beans - not enough for a full cup. New bag is totally different beans. Do you mix the two to maximize coffee or toss the old, so as not to sully the profile of the new bag?

☕ I’m more and more convinced that people are missing out on good coffee because “dark roast” has been marketed as “strong” and people want “strong” coffee.
I’m just loving lighter roasts gently filtered.

How bad was the cappuccino from the corner bakery near my hotel?
I dumped it in favour of my hotel room's pod "espresso" which is at least flavourless instead of terrible.
The bagel was amazing though.

I think my coffee is about to be kicked up a notch.
Never had a flavoured coffee before... I've always been a coffee flavour coffee type of guy rather than a hazelnut, caramel, mocca, crappa, alpacino
But I switched to lattes and flat whites many years ago... and now this.
What is happening to me?
Next it'll be xmas jumpers and carol singing... Will it fuckery.

@evelyn @Revajh I agree, need to find nice independent coffee shop though as the cakes in the big brand chains are of a similar quality to their coffee.
No I don't like burnt coffee beans and I don't like automated espresso machines with no attention paid to the grind settings. So that rules out C***a and S*******s
