Back to #espresso for today’s brew. For some reason instead of my usual cup, I decided to try a jar so that I could do a visual check on the consistency of the cream. It took me a while to nail down my process and recipe with the ROK EspressoGC manual machine. But over many brews, I can say I nailed it.
First a bit of Horizon Forbidden West gaming and then let’s code.

‘Tis the season I guess. Very rare: I have perfectly good coffee at home, however, sometimes you just want to see what else is out there: Sakura / Plum Blossoms themed latte from Starbucks Japan.
