They wrote back indicating that it is now known as "Cerence #TTS Embedded", and suggested contacting Code Factory. Which is sufficiently bad news in itself, but when I Google "Cerence TTS Embedded", the first result from #CodeFactory is a PDF without proper #accessibility tagging. Superb.
