  3. Contacted Oralux.Org to enquire about non-home/commercial licenses for Vocalizer Embedded. They wrote back indicating that it is now known as "Cerence #TTS Embedded", and suggested contacting Code Factory. Which is sufficiently bad news in itself, but when I Google "Cerence TTS Embedded", the first result from #CodeFactory is a PDF without proper #accessibility tagging. Superb.

  5. CW: Using CodeFactory automation commands to Add Missing Members

#CodeFactory's open-source “Add Missing Members” automation aims to implement missing interface members in a specific pattern. It uses Condition Management to confirm target using statements, Namespace Manager to manage type definitions, locates interface members not implemented, and uses source formatting to capture code to be injected into files in Visual Studio.

  9. #CodeFactory is a tool that allows developers to access and manipulate existing C# source code as if it were a data model. It has features such as a search engine that allows authors to search the source code in their solutions and reference libraries, and it has seamless integration with Visual Studio. 11. The specific cost of #TechnicalDebt varies greatly; but it's accrual over time becomes increasingly difficult and expensive to sustain.

Setting aside 15-30% of a development project's budget purely for maintenance is the bare minimum.

Maintenance refactoring w/o reducing complexity just extends the problem.

#CodeFactory for #VisualStudio is built for :dotnet: code simplification & long-term maintainability.

  15. Thanks to all the #dotNETConf attendees that claimed their free CodeFactory licenses last month. #OpenSource contributors welcomed as we build out additional libraries of code automation reference models. #WhatWillYOUBuild with #CodeFactory?

  16. @datajake1999 and others who are knowledgeable about this, what is the current status of the formant based TTS?
I'm curious because I know is still commercially sold to vendors such as , , ETC. Is the fork classified as abandonware? It's a curious little rabbit hole.
