One year ago we bought a house and embarked on our #CoastTimeYear. I am still trying to get past #ProductivityBrainwashing. Trying to figure out #GardeningWhileOpeningARestaurant. Still learning how to actually have a #BakersDayOff. But my #tablesetting is coming along nicely.

Still haven't done much home baking during this #CoastTimeYear but decided to whip up some #gougeres today. Pate a choux is an excellent gauge for a new to you oven. I took mine a little too far but nothing that wouldn't still go with a good cider. #BakersDayOff #BrazenBraising
