  6. Welcome, undergraduate summer researchers! ☀️

    We hosted orientation yesterday to welcome 34 undergrads from across the country to the HCII for another exciting summer research program! Our visiting student researchers will be working with 18 #cmuhcii faculty, staff and students on 21 different research projects.

  7. Researchers used comics to explore how community-centered AI design can include both the people experiencing #homelessness and the frontline workers who use #AI to help them. This work bridges the gaps between the technical & social of computer science, and between researchers & impacted communities.
