@lcheylus i'm too small to have issues, so can't comment on support. I didn't need to call them so far.

Also, I'm using cheap VPS instances with shared CPUs. They have some performance offer as well, but I didn't care.

I run some benchmarks and they are on par with Hetzner performance wise.

They are located in Germany and latency is comparable with Hetzner DC in the same location as well.

I also tried #cloudcone. They are even cheaper and have larger disks, but ping from Europe to US west coast is too much for me. Their UI is limited and installation requires cat install74.img >> /dev/vdb from rescue env. Ok for single manual install, but I needed more automation.

#Cloudcone 的SC2和vps的区别还是很大的。

更换IP SC2自动完成了，而VPS需要较长时间。

#cloudcone 刚刚突然la的小水管连不上，ping一下发现到联通主干网就提示传输中过期，或者说 no route

还以为是域名或者IP被墙了，然后过了十分钟左右，又恢复了。

emmmm，另一台 #azure 的小水管两年来从没出现过问题
