Finished off the year #running the Ribble Valley 10k in #Clitheroe It's an undulating course but quite fast. Marc Scott won in 28:46 😲 followed a few seconds later by Emile Cairess. I was a little bit further behind 😜 but third V50 😁 Might struggle a bit on #parkrun tomorrow 😁
