    Let us not forget that progress in voting rights, racial justice, reproductive freedom, LGBT rights, was only achieved *after* intense and longterm civil disobedience.

    Not through civility (servility). Not through voting alone.

    The challenges are even more dire than in the 60s. We cannot rely on the moral arc of history - our horizons are contracting too fast.
