The US Seasonal Drought Outlook indicates that drought may persist/develop (brown/yellow) from the Pacific Northwest to the Great Lakes, in the South, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and in Maine. Drought may improve/be removed (tan/green) in much of the West and along the East Coast.
