Launch and Week 1 of the #UNMappers Kenya Youth Climate Mapping Externship is a wrap! 👏🗺️
We are currently in Phase 1, the Learning Phase, where participants are building their geospatial skills and developing a deep understanding of the climate issues we are here to map.
We opened the week with onboarding, welcoming our 25 participants and setting the tone for the seven weeks ahead.

I currently work as Director of Science Applications at #ClimateEngine. I’ve also been writing #EarthEngine coding tips for the last few years.
Based in the Bay Area 🌁, moved from Edinburgh, Scotland 🏰about a year ago, originally from Japan 🏯.
