That is exactly where my greatest fears lie, because they do know. They also know which side of their bread slice is buttered. They know. Those walking around the halls of #power know what’s in it for them. Polies are no different (there are exceptional individuals who refuse to wield power for their personal benefits but they are rare gems) and they, left and right, will push the boundaries as far as we let them. Politics is a power relationship activity — for better or for worse.

Wondering it single term govts would fix this. If not it would at least give more people the chance to get rich off all our backs.
