  4. Too many gadgets & #meat-centred #cooking: TV can make us think #unsustainable is normal. But switching to just a #climatarian diet (no #beef, lamb, goat; little #poultry, #pork, #fish) is one of the most impactful #climate actions people can take: theguardian.com/environment/20 #vegan

  5. @mariaq yes, been working on #climatarian eating for a few years now. It's been surprisingly fun :)

  6. "I think the impact of our #diet matters. I write about it because I care about it. But I also think #food needs to taste good, and #climate-friendly options won’t win friends and influence people if they don’t."

  11. @greenback Thank you for sharing that! I hadn’t seen these specific recommendations yet, but it’s very much in line with what I just wrote about #flexitarianism and Lloyd’s definition of #climatarian. I like how you can see percentages here about plant vs. animal protein plus the downsized role of refined sugar. This could be useful for people who need more guidance than “eat fewer animal products.”

  12. Care about the planet, but the thought of going #vegan just does not vibe with you? How about eating a #climatarian diet?
