This week's #ThursDeath is GOUTED CORPSE from Cleveland, Ohio. They have a couple EPs under their belt, one last year, and this one from this year- 'Blighted'. Great dynamics, riffs, growly but understandable vocals. Maybe some thrash and grind in there too. Excellent, grody rippers of songs on this one.

This week's #ThursDeath is Cleveland, Ohio's OVENHEAD and their LP 'Altar of Flesh' that comes out tomorrow. Two tracks of it are up now for previewing, and they RIP. Ovenhead has a really rough, raw sound-- cavernous, old school inspired death metal that's plenty brutal. KILLER drums, crushing guitars and great guttural vocals on this one.
