I just spent the morning moving #clavy from `clap-rs` to `usage-rs`, probably after seeing a tweet advertising its performance boosts or something.
The result: no visible improvement whatsoever modulo a 0.05MiB reduction in binary size. I won't recommend switching, at least not today.
PS: I merged the PR anyway knowing that reverting to `clap` would be quite easy if anything happens.
