occasionally, the people featured strike me as decent types, reasonably aware of what is happening in the world. I enjoyed spending time with Claudia.

Oh, Scorpius.
Or: One of the reasons why Farscape became a lot more it or fun once he appeared at the end of S1. Before it FS was casually watched, with Scorpius it was a must. Instant attention caught once he walked in the picture.
