It comes as no surprise to me that the email I sent #ClassicKitchen five days ago about their shitty broken urn just bounced because the mail server couldn't deliver it for five days.
Upon further investigation I think the website I got that email address from, https://classickitchen.org/, may be a fraudulent site impersonating the brand.
I found another email address for the company on the urn's instructions, and I've attempted to email that address. We'll see if I get a response to that one. -

Every. Single. Day. We are forced to put up with shitty design, shitty quality, shitty service.
A couple years ago my wife and I bought a #ClassicKitchen hot water urn. Classic Kitchen is a boutique company which sells primarily to observant Jews, primarily products specifically designed to abide by Jewish law, e.g. hot water urns, like the one we bought, that can be used on the Sabbath and holidays.
