The National #Transport Authority (NTA) has introduced contactless payments on TFI Local Link #Limerick #Clare services in #Ireland, allowing passengers to pay using debit or credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The new option provides a quicker and more convenient way to pay for single journeys and follows successful rollouts in other TFI Local Link areas, including Cavan Monaghan, Louth, Meath and Fingal.

TFI Leap cards, cash payments and Free #Travel Cards remain available, while daily and weekly fare products continue through Leap channels. The NTA said the expansion is part of its wider programme to modernise public transport payments and improve accessibility for rural and regional communities.
