    Some of my clients are city governments. I just got a reply from a city employee regarding a project I’m doing for them – at 7:43pm.
    This is unheard of.
    This is a first.
    I got a reply from a city worker after hours!
    This employee, like many people in that department, are now allowed to work from home a substantial portion of each week.
    But I never thought I’d see city employees give up their commitment to rigid office hours.
