I downloaded my monthly bank statement and of course they demanded I complete a survey. I explained my maximally negative response:
"I know that, like all large corporations, Citi is always looking for excuses to fire more workers. So: Find the blood-sucking ghoul who thinks that insisting on survey work is appropriate retaliation for simply downloading a monthly statement. Fire them into the sun. Along with all upper management who think these surveys are appropriate."

This means I go there to approve, fund, and release payments, but I cannot do that. "View" and "Manage" are not the same thing to me. When I go to "manage" a payment, I expect to be able to DO SOMETHING with it, not just view it.
