Die Familienfeier mit ca. 2 Dutzend Personen fand am Sonntag von ca. 10 bis 15 Uhr in einem eigenen Raum eines Cafés statt.
Wie auch beim Mittagessen am Montag in einem italienischen Restaurant zu acht (keine weiteren Gäste) ohne Maske.
Abgesehen vom wenigen Schlaf, da immer wieder zu früh wach, wars schön.
Bisher fühle ich mich gut und der #Corona #Schnelltest fiel soeben auch negativ aus.
Ich hatte mich vorab mit #AlgoVir Nasenspray, Lutschtabletten mit #Cistus-Extrakt, Mundspülung mit #CPC und Brausetabletten mit Vitamin C und Zink ausgestattet, vielleicht hats ja gewirkt? Die Studienlagen dazu sind nach meiner Recherche und Einschätzung uneindeutig.

Ich: Risikopatientin. Vorsichtig. 6 x geimpft. Ich trage Maske, wenn es #drinnen NICHT interaktiv (Gespräche)/nicht anstrengend (Tanzen) ist. Sonst kombiniere ich Tests, #Algovir, #Listerine und #Cistus-Dragees. Das klappt offenbar super, ich hatte noch kein Covid. Und man kann natürlich die chemischen Virenblocker auch MIT Masken kombinieren! Wichtig ist, die drei auch zwischendurch mal anzuwenden, beim Essen gehen, Abenden mit Freund:innen, beim Tanzen gehen. #ProTipp #ReTrööt
