Hungary “has significantly deviated from the model of a constitutional #democracy,” the Advocate General Ćapeta found. #Budapest’s rules “are based on a value judgment that #homosexual and non-#cisgender life is not of equal value or status as #heterosexual and cisgender life.”

Just another reminder, if you #transgender or #nonbinary or otherwise outside of the #cisgender body desires, and you are considering #HRT, you should go call Planned Parenthood or some other organization and try and get the prescription right now. Currently, even in florida, it says easy as getting a blood draw and signing some papers with a doctor. You don't have to take it right away, you don't have to stay on it if you decide you don't like the changes, and you especially don't have to fully transition in any way.
There are no rules about a #GenderTransition.
You want to do it sooner rather than later though, in case, 1) regulations change and make it harder to get the initial prescription, or 2) you go through the process of getting it and suddenly realize you want it once it's in front of you. Once again, you don't have to start it, and you don't have to stay on it if you don't like it, but you might as well get it if you think you want it.
