#RIP #JimBrown (1936–2023)

#Football player with the #ClevelandBrowns (1957–65), he became a #movie #actor in the 1960s.

Never a #film star, Brown did land a handful of notable roles in major #movies:

THE DIRTY DOZEN (1967), opp #LeeMarvin;
ICE STATION ZEBRA (1968), opp #RockHudson;
100 RIFLES (1969), opp #RaquelWelch & #BurtReynolds.

His career went downhill in the early '70s, but he continued working in #films & #TV into the 21st century.
