Greetings from Cuba, where @Suzanne and I will be for the next month.
We’ve got a few more days in the Varadero and Matanzas area, and then we head to Havana this coming Thursday January 12th, where we’ve got an apartment rented for four weeks on the Malecón at Calle 23 / La Rampa in #Havana’s Vedado neighbourhood.
Planning roadtrips to #Viñales, #PlayaGirón / #PlayaLargo, #Cienfuegos, #Trinidad, and more during the month ahead, although we will be primarily based in Havana.

Una de las formaciones coralinas más pobladas del #MarCaribe está localizada en el mundo #submarino de la #provincia de #Cienfuegos. El Coral Notre Dame, ubicado dentro de dicha barrera coralina, es el más importante de ellos. Su columna alcanza hasta 5,2 metros de altura y lo convierte en el mayor coral del #Caribe. Toma su nombre debido a la forma que posee que lo asemeja a la famosa catedral francesa. El Coral Notre Dame es un singular atractivo para los amantes del buceo y la naturaleza sumergida. Hasta allí van muchos en busca de admirar su majestuosidad.
